The BT Versatility is the cheapest solution we can supply with prices starting from £500 including installation. As the BT Versatility is one of our core systems, we are also able to simply upgrade and maintain existing BT Versatility Installations no matter where in the UK you are located.

BT Versatility Maintenance Agreements

If you are have a system failure, minor fault or require some system changes we offer a 'pay as you go' service.  We also hold some maintenance spares in stock in the event your system or its components have failed or you need an upgrade.

BT Versatility Installation and Relocations

Telephone Engineer can provide a professional BT Versatility Installation and Configuration Service with supply of user guides and manuals where required.  If Voice or Data Cabling is required, our engineers are able to install and connect your telephone extensions.

BT Versatility Replacement

If you are currently using a BT Versatility phone system then you may be looking to upgrade to a more advanced and up-to-date digital/IP telephone system or you may need to replace the system as your leasing period with BT is about to expire.

Telephone Engineer are extremely experienced in the maintenance and operation of the BT Versatility phone system and hence understand the best options for a new replacement or can advise on and supply an exact replacement for end of lease periods etc.

Reuse the wiring :  We will ensure that a new phone system will be compatible with the same cable connections used for your BT Versatility to avoid unnecessary costs, disruption and reducing installation time at your premises.

Keep the features you use (+ add more) :  Your new phone system can have all the features you use on your BT Versatility plus a lot more including options such as advanced voicemail, auto-attendant, call queuing and music on hold.

Keep your external telephone and extension numbers:  Your existing company telephone numbers will remain the same, as will your extension phone numbers and/or names you currently use on the phone system.

Use the same feature codes (no learning process):  Commonly used features such as Call Pick-up and Voicemail can be available at the touch of a key and if you frequently use any of the feature codes on your BT Versatility then this can be translated onto your new phone system to avoid learning new ones.

Updated telephones (one touch operation):  Your BT Versatility system phone can be upgraded to an advanced digital display phone with all regularly used call handling features available at the touch of a button.
